Posters:
Poster presentations should be prepared as a standard A0 page in the portrait orientation. Poster boards will be supplied as well as materials for mounting your posters.

Please ensure that you are present at your poster to answer questions and discuss your results with other delegates during the allocated poster session.
 
Oral Presentations:
All oral presenters will have 15 minutes for their presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions. Presenters are requested to upload their presentation file before their session commences and ensure that both the presentation and any other media contained therein such as videos work correctly. A person from the conference organizing team will be available to assist with the uploads.

Keynote speakers will have 25 minutes for their presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions. We request that all oral presentations adhere to the time limits which will be strictly enforced.
