For MSSA 2024 and consistent with recent MSSA conferences the traditional stalls will be replaced with exhibitor lounges strategically located within a common lunchtime and poster session venue. All exhibitors will have access to a boardroom for private meetings, and the main sponsors will have access to a lunchtime workshop venue for presentations to showcase their products. See floorplan below

Exhibitor costs are inclusive of:
·        1 x coffee table
·        2 x double lounge chairs (extra seating will be given to prime exhibitors)
·        2 x single lounge chairs (extra seating will be given to prime exhibitors)
·        1 x plug point
·        The following is permitted (to be supplied by sponsor):
               o   Brochure rack
               o   Optional banners and screen
               o   Other branded items e.g. cushions and mugs
·        Access to boardroom (a booking table will be available at reception)
·        All exhibitors are eligible for reduced additional exhibitor fees
